FORMER OLYMPIC COACH TO HOLD DRESSAGE CLINIC AT
NOOSA NORTH SHORE’S EQUESTRIAN CENTRE

Australia’s most successful dressage trainer and former Olympic coach, Clemens Dierks, will hold a dressage clinic from 2nd to 4th March at the Equestrian Centre at Beach Road Resort, Noosa North Shore on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

The clinic is a unique opportunity for riders to experience first class training from renowned Clemens Dierks. Dierks’ experience is extensive, having coached international teams, including the Australian Olympic Equestrian Team in 2000, as well as coaching highly ranked riders such as Rachael Sanna.

Riders will not only benefit from an Olympic standard coach but also from an Olympic standard Equestrian Centre. Designed by former Olympiad Alex Watson, the Centre is a world class sporting facility, catering for riders of all levels. Under the direction of Equestrian Operations Manager, Judi Ruffo, the Centre’s team are highly experienced and friendly.

‘The Equestrian Centre is really a fantastic facility and is perfectly suited for clinics, training and competitions, including hacking, dressage, team penning and perhaps even a rodeo,’ said Ms Ruffo. ‘To have someone of Clemens Dierks’ calibre hold a clinic here is exciting and each attendee is certain to get a lot out of the experience.’

At the Equestrian Centre, beginners and advanced riders benefit from a range of riding options including daily beach and bush trail rides, riding clinics, group bookings and for the littlies, pony rides. The Centre is the only operator on the Sunshine Coast to run trail rides along the beach.
Beach Road Resort is the perfect holiday destination not just for people but their horses too! An array of accommodation options include the luxury five star Beach Road Resort Holiday Homes, family cabins or Tourist Park camping. For horses, the Equestrian Centre’s stabling facilities include large stalls, automatic waters, rotating feed bins, front and back sliding doors and full visibility on all sides.
The Clemens Dierks Dressage Clinic will be open to all amber zone horses - others may have to obtain a permit to attend - and will cost $120 per rider.

Beach Road Resort is easily accessible by car, an easy 20 minute drive from Noosa’s famous Hastings Street, including a two minute Noosa Council car ferry ride across the Noosa River.
